Pilpel Participle גָ֫בֶר טַלְטֵלָה מְטַלְטֶלְךָ [Isa 22:17] hurleth thee violently.

2 of inanimate thing, be cast, thrown, the lot אֶתהַֿגּוֺרָל יוּטַל בַּחֵיק [Prov 16:33].
