1. that which has been deemed right so as to have the force of law;
a. what has been established and ordained by law, an ordinance: universally, of an appointment of God having the force of law, [Rom 1:32]; plural used of the divine precepts of the Mosaic law: τοῦ κυρίου, [Luk 1:6]; τοῦ νόμου, [Rom 2:26]; τό δικαίωμα τοῦ νόμου, collectively, of the (moral) precepts of the same law, [Rom 8:4]; δικαιώματα λατρείας, precepts concerning the public worship of God, [Heb 9:1]; δικαιώματα σαρκός, laws respecting bodily purity ((?) cf. [Heb 7:16]), [Heb 9:10].
