Hiph`il Imperative masculine singular הָשַׁ֑ע וְעֵינָיו [Isa 6:10] and its eyes besmear ! — So perhaps הָשַׁע Psalm 39:14 (עֵינֶיךָ omitted) was intended by Masoretes (but wrongly, see Ol and others); see שָׁעָה.
