Qal Perfect חָפוּ [2Sam 15:30] [3]t.; Participle חָפוּי [15:30]; construct חֲפוּי [Est 6:12]; — cover the head (ראֹשׁ), in token of grief [2Sam 15:30]; [Jer 14:3-4], participle agrees with ׳ר [2Sam 15:30]; ראֹשׁ חֲפוּי || (אָבֵלׅ [Est 6:12]; in token of sentence of death [7:8].
