c hinder-part, rear (of a troop of men), [Gen 49:19] עָקֵב׃ יָגוּב וְהוּא (read אָשֵׁר ׃ עֲקֵבָם) he will troop on their rear, [Josh 8:13] עֲקֵבָם (compare Di).
