1919年4月22日出版，书名为《官话和合译本》。1939年改名为《国语和合译本》。
此译本使用的旧地名，信望爱CBOL圣经编辑群修已将之修改为现在惯用的地名，以利读者阅读。如「大马色」改为「大马士革」。人名则保留原译名。
